SYNOPSIS
The year is 2047, and the country formerly known as the United States is essentially no more.   The transformation started in 2027, but actually took root much earlier when leaders of the old world first began to initiate a plan of what was designed as population control.  Those marginalized have been nearly eliminated, amongst the various groups, but all by very different methods.   Following intensification in weather patterns more of Earth becomes inhospitable, and when those in ruling class find a way to harness the long developed nano-technology in building structures, they begin construction of glass domed cities which become the New Frontier States.    Those citizens historically marginalized very early on were the first casualties, but all via very different methods. Standing between the New Frontier States internal security force and what remains of the underclass is the target that they have been searching, fabled resistance leader Dalen Carver, Jr.
